Lately my husband is travelling to Auckland a lot for work, thank fully only for a day. But this week he was suppose to be there for a two day conference. So we decided that we will all go together and have a little holiday before the holidays (hehehehe).

We have family in Auckland so it was a good opportunity to catch up with them too. We left on Saturday and stayed in Auckland for four days. And thanks to the weather and a long due holiday we had a great time. I wore my high waist jeans and t-shirt from Factorie to stay comfy on the road. The lace hat and a Coach bag were a perfect add on accessories to complete the look.

One of our favourite places to visit on our way is Pio Pio . Pio Pio is a small town in the Waitomo District. We always stop at the Pio Pio Berry Orchard. They grow all sorts of berries and make amazing yogurt ice-cream (my favourite). It's like a ritual, we have to stop there and have our ice-cream. We did the same this time too and the view was amazing.

We spent around 45 minutes and got back on the road to Auckland. We had some amazing conversations while driving. Both me and my husband love to catch up when we are in the car.

We have some silly talks and then not so silly talks too. I particularly remember our conversation about a new book he is reading about Elon Musk. If you are interested to find out some great entrepreneurial skills, read Elon Musk's Biography.

My husband is like a book to me. He would read all these interesting things and would tell me all about it. It saves me a lot of time reading a book and I get all the knowledge too (hahahaha).

Anyways, after a four hour drive we finally arrived in Auckland and stayed with our family for four day. What we did there would be in my next post otherwise this post will become a book.
